Deployment and Round 1:

The Humans won deployment and took the top of the battlefield. The battle began with Marksmen advancing and attempting to clear the way by gunning down the Priest, whose Skeleton Guards lost 5 brave undead to the volley. Rockets flew while the mighty God-Statue wove deadly magic, killing 6 Marksmen and forcing the unit to Waver before following the advancing Skeletons. More rockets killed some of the other Skeleton Guard unit, while Archers took down a single Marksman. The Bounty Hunter’s unit of Marksmen killed 3 more skeletons from afar, using the hill to their advantage. The other God-Statue attempted to silence the Rocket Artillery with another spell, but the crew managed to hold on with the Comet God’s blessing. Another unit of Rocket Artillery targeted the Priest-King leading the army, but failed to do any damage to his unit of royal guards. One of the Skull Catapults managed to then take out another 5 Marksmen, greatly reducing the enemy’s ranged firepower. Then the bulk of the Infantry, led by their Captain, charged the skeletons, killing 3 while taking few losses in return. Meanwhile the Gryph Riders annihilated the other unit of Skeletons moving to oppose the Guards that had been moving to take the objective.

The Humans seized Objective 3, while the other two were contested.

Round 2:

The round began with a Giant Scorpion and two Scarab Swarms Ambushing in to the flanks and rear of the Human army. The Furious Mob managed to flank and wound the God-Statue, which killed 1 in return while blasting the nearby Infantry with a Vengeance curse, killing 14. Meanwhile the Gryph Riders charged the newly emerged Scorpion, managing to wound it. The other God-Statue tried to kill off the Mob with another Vengeance Curse but failed. The Bounty Hunter managed to snipe his target, the Priest leading the army. The newly emerged Scarabs charged into the rear of the Wizard’s infantry company and managed to rout them, forcing the Wizard to flee the battlefield. More of the Mob were killed by the barrage of skulls from a Catapult, and were whittled down more by the Archers. The other Catapult failed to hit the Gryph Riders, ending Round 2.

Objective 3 was seized by the Undead, Objective 2 was seized by the Humans, and 1 remained uncaptured.

Round 3:

The Furious Mob managed to finally fell the God-Statue, while the other one wiped them out with another Vengeance curse. The Gryph Riders nearly wiped out the unit of Skeleton Guard that they charged, with one lone survivor. A Catapult missed the Gryphs, while the Marksmen glanced the sole remaining God-Statue. The other Skeleton Guard managed to rout the remaining Marksmen, while Artillery failed to damage the God Statue and the Archer failed to wound the Gryph Riders.

Round 4:

The Gryph Riders charged and destroyed the remaining God-Statue and brought it down, while the remaining Scarabs killed off more Infantry and routed them. The remaking attacks were of little effect on either side, leaving the Humans with a victory.
