Does a unit of 10 gore reavers with a blood-icon bearer attached to it roll 30 attack dice in melee?

I am confused to  "The hero and his unit get +1A when fighting in melee." A. The hero and all models within the unit receive +1A or B. The hero receives +1A and the unit as a group receives +1A |

The hero receives +1A and the unit as a group receives +1A In Age of Sigmar proper, the "blood icon bearer" works like I described, but it does seem a bit OP in OPR. |
