...it was much different then my Firefight game!
I played Ghosts Vs War Daemons 150 pts [1] Champion of war w/Fire Lash (Thanks Anon for the suggestion! it kicked ass!) [1]Blood Hound [1]Blood Warrior
[1] Ghost Executioner [1]Ancient Banshee [2]Ghost Reapers, one with Death Bell
Playing a melee vs melee is very interesting. it comes down to picking the right charges and targets and being aware of what you're rushing into. Both armies also had Fear which was kinda funny to think about from a narrative perspective. Daemons and Ghosts both afraid of each other and screaming in terror as they rush into a brawl! xD The Ethereal Ability now has my full attention after this game. It saved the Executioner twice from the Champion's attacks and walked (floated?) away from the game with only 1 wound.
Ghosts ended up taking the win with most objectives. They did have more models but I think it actually came down to the poor ways I played the Blood Hound who got taken out start of round 2 and did pretty much nothing (sorry boi, you were a good pup). Next game I'm going to increase points to prolly 200, maybe 250, Daemons (War & Lust) vs Wardens. Get practice playing a few ranged against strong melee and figure out some spicy strats.
Over all I really enjoyed Skirmish just as mush Firefight!

They have fear but no fearless You may be a brute daemon of war, but that doesn't save you from a spooky ghost!
