Did you play it online? I assumed so, but then you pointed out that the forces matched a box set.
Are you playing Regiments?

Cool battle report, thanks for sharing!
I'm really curious about how the AI system would hold up with some of the different missions from the Full Rulebook and with bigger armies (both larger units as well as multiple units). Have you ever tried something like that?

andyskinner - I played it online. I played normal Age of Fantasy, not regiments, but had the models lined up that way.
onepageanon - I haven't tried that, but I will next time.
