Hi first of all thx for your work and for sharing your ideas with us! I really like the Nippon army, but I am missing some things. First of all I dont understand, why the Cav, the Ninja, the Oni, the Monks and the Tengu should be units of one model ... this does not only make them totaly useless on the battlefield, but this also means, that they can not be combined with heroes or other copies of the same unit - so why did you gave them a unit-size of [1]? Second missing feature: why are there no mystical mounts? A dragon or a Kirin as mount (at least for a Taisho) would be cool and some kind of heavy Cavalary as unit seams to be a must have. Alternativ, if your list should not have more mounts you should include at least some artillery. EDIT: I you realised that your newest version fix those things that I called for - perfect thx!  The only things I am now missing are your patch numbers: I could only see, that those files are different because of their size. If you would change their patch-number it would be way easier to know, which version is the current one  |

Updated the army lists to v1.21 of the Point Calculator as well as modifying some of the units to be more in line with equivalent units from other official armies.

Hello, new register here. I like the idea of a "Japanese-like" faction, but instead of based your list on Warhammer Army, you could base your list on the "Samurai army" from Warlords games: Not only they have their own range but their own rules.

any chance you put these on the list builder app I am willing to if you don't want to Sorry for the late reply, I may put it on the List Builder App but I'm not sure how to do it or that it'll even work. The new system that Onepageanon wants to do would automatically calculate the Points Values of Units based on the special rules that you're using, but a lot of the special rules for these armies are either re-skins or completely new, which might not work. |

Shieldwolf Miniature had an succesfull Kickstarter campaign with an fantasy Middle-east themed faction :
It's would be a good occasion to make them playable in the OPR setting!
