Ahoy there! For the past month or so, I have been converting the army lists from Age of Fantasy: Regiments into simplified counters.
The counters contain a unit's basic information: Quality, Attack/Missile, Unit Size, and Defense for quick reference. To use these, I have printed the counters out and glued them to 20mm square tiles, though they work well enough when printed on heavy cardstock.
In terms of scale, I have simply swapped the inch measurements for cm, which reduces the overall board size by more than half. However, the prints can easily be resized to fit the desired scale.
Here is a link to a Drive folder containing the armies. For convenience, there is a PDF version of each file as well as a PNG version. Age of Fantasy: Pocket Edition
If the PDF is opened in Adobe Illustrator, you should be able to move/edit the counters as desired.
Empire Vampiric Undead Chivalrous Kingdoms Ratmen Havoc Warriors High Elves Goblins Orcs Mummified Undead Lizardmen Dwarves Ogres Dark Elves Wood Elves
That's a very good idea! But the range for the missile weapons would be nice. How do you plan to inplement the banner/musicians or snipers to the regiments? Overall good work.
Since the counters are used at a different scale from the standard game, it is more flexible to leave the missile range on the stat line instead of on the counter. As for unit upgrades, including a separate counter for each banner/musician/sergeant upgrade would take up a lot of space.
However, if you know what scale you're playing, it is relatively simple to edit in a number to the counter when you choose which units you want to print. Likewise, the command groups can be represented by adding a small icon on the counter, which I have included in the Assets folder.
