Looks great kphan1212 ! Glad to find this, as I was actually thinking of building a list like this myself.
Two thoughts:
1. Why do the Hawks of Misha have Tough(6)? I think almost all other swarm units (Runt Swarms, Rat Swarms, Bat Swarms) etc. are Tough(3).
2. Unit organization is a bit hard to follow. Army lists are usually ordered something like Heroes > Infantry > Elite/Specialist Infantry > Cavalry > Elite/Specialist Cavalry > Heavy Infantry > Heavy Cavalry > Monsters > Chariots > Artillery. So something like the following may just read better: - Heroes (no change needed)
- Infantry: Militia, Kreml Guard, Kossars
- Elite/Specalist Infantry: Streltsi, Sibyrian Hunters, Kvassnics, Droyaska, Hawks of Miska
- Cavalry: Ungol Horse Archers, Druzhina
- Elite/Specialist Cavalry: Winged Lancers, Chekist
- Heavy Infantry: Bears
- Heavy Cavalry: Sons of Urson
- Monsters: Great Bear
- Chariots: War Wagon
- Artillery: Cannon
Might just read better in that ordering: - Boyar [1]
- Ice Maiden [1]
- Priest of Urson [1]
- Kislev Ranger [1]
- Gospodar Militia [10]
- Kreml Guard [10]
- Kossar Infantry [5]
- Streltsi [5]
- Sibyrian Hunters [5]
- Kvassnics [5]
- Droyaska [5]
- Hawks of Miska [3]
- Ungol Horse Archers [5]
- Druzhina [5]
- Winged Lancers [5]
- Chekist [5]
- Bears [3]
- Sons of Urson [3]
- Great Bear [1]
- War Wagon [1]
- Cannon [1]

great army theme. If somebody else wonder how this troops looks like: issuu.com/m4cr1ii3n/docs/warhammer-armies---kislev/57tldr: Streltsi - rifleman using axe as a stand Kvassnics - acid molotov throwers Droyaska - akimbo blade masters Druzhina - poor nobles (yeah light armors), cavalry chekist - 40k equivalent of Commissars

1. The main reason why I had the Hawks of Miska to have Tough(6) was because that was how much toughness it had on the original Warhammer Armies book for Kislev. When I was adapting the units over, I had a rule which was to round that unit's tough to the nearest 3. 2. The reason why the order is so weird is probably because that was the order that I added the units in as I was reading the Kislev book. Okay so I re-ordered the Kislev list to match your suggested order.
