While downloading the OPR play tokens, I thought I'd check the 'definition' for each one.
The purple eye one is for magic; the green arrow is for activation; the skulls with numbers are for objectives; the blue 'sad faces' are for fatigue; the white flags with black background are for pinned. The 1 red blood drop is 1 wound; the 3 little red blood drops are 3 wounds?
I'm not sure what the orange exclamation mark is for, or the 'yellow grate' (looks like a sewer grate).
Do by all means correct me if I have any of these wrongly identified.

Going from the file names of the 3-D printable tokens… What you've listed is correct. - The orange exclamation mark is "Alert" - The yellow grate is for "Suppression"
I expect these are used in "that other game," Age of Fantasy, rather than in GrimDark Future.

Suppression is in the GF full rulebook, and Alert is just a generic one you can use for whatever.

As a newcomer to this system I must admit I was a little unsure of what some of these tokens represented, so thank you for the clarification.

the size of small token is too small. Even the big one could be bigger.
the big tokens on picture are Large Tokens that are resize to be even larger (20%? not sure how much more). On the right on archers you can see the default small token. As you see the small taken is easliy mislooked.

I’m new here too. But I just have a suggestion for the tokens. Make a printable D6 with them on it. Or at least the status/condition ones. Wounds work well as a basic token. I used these for kill team and they are awesome. As a reference I am referring to something like this: www.etsy.com/au/listing/1074057071/murder-squad-2021-token-dice
