What is the benefit of the hidden Order phase? What happens when an order is no longer valid? (target unit got destroyed or moved too far for example)

What is the benefit of the hidden Order phase? What happens when an order is no longer valid? (target unit got destroyed or moved too far for example) To be clear, I haven't played with hidden orders. It sounds like fun, my opinion. When an order has been given, unit has not been activated and gets destroyed I assume the order gets lost with the unit. The person who really can answer this is 'adelsdn'. Maybe send him a PM.

Yep, I've got this itch again! I'm busy with some small scale stuff, maybe make a battle report to showcase the small scale rule set. I'll keep you all posted..

For all you boys and girls at home who would love to play small scale but don’t have the time and/ or money I’ve made some token sheets! Battle Brother vehicles and infantry, top down view from my own collection.
Press like if you like this post! With enough likes I’ll post more sheets from more factions. Let me know what you think, feedback is welcome.
My goal is to make tabletop wargaming more accessible for everybody. Small scale is very accessible because the gaming table is only 4x3 feet. This means you can play a small scale wargame on a normal kitchen table. And with printable tokens you don’t need to spend a lot of money for miniatures, paint and tools.

Print on A4 paper, don't adjust the size. Glue on a piece of cardboard and play!

This is fantastic stuff.
I'll have to give your rules a try seeing as I have some 6mm minis painted but nothing to use them for.
I've been toying with the idea of making my own 1 page "epic" - hoping to make it even simpler than GF.
I may start from the ground up and do a 1 page "civil war in space" which will let me make a baseline of basic vehicles, infantry, heavy infantry etc.
However, my goal is to have minimal dice rolled and no wound tracking (except for vehicles), each stand to have 1 wound and two attack profiles (anti infantry and anti vehicle)
Secretly I'm hoping OPR just make a one page epic.

Unfortunately I have no idea. Maybe there is other, better informed user. Or maybe you can try to summon Admin
