Hi all,
I'm working at building my own list, loosely based on the Deathwatch and I'm trying to understand some of the point costs. A number of armies have a power where a hero can give one of several bonuses to their allies.
Feudal Guard have Commander. Sisters of battle have Blind Faith. Tao have Elemental Power. Deathwatch have Tactical Master.
In the cases I've looked at, the cost seems to be 15 across the board, except for the Deathwatch one. Can I get a little more of an understanding of why the Deathwatch one is double the cost? Is it because the Deathwatch models are quality 2? If I was playing the Deathwatch as Quality 3, would the cost be lower?
Thank you very much for helping me understand.

If you want to have access to that kind of information, then you need to become a patron and get the point calculator.

Hi!
Thanks for the answer, but maybe I wasn't clear. I am a patron, I have the calculator and that's why I have the question...
I'm looking at those four powers in the Army Special Rules table, and it doesn't make sense to me that 3 of the four are priced at 15 points, and the other is 30. I was asking about the logic behind that choice and how I should modify the point cost of the special rule, if I want to use the Deathwatch at Quality 3, instead of 2.
Thank you, I appreciate the help.

In that case, please check on discord where there is a patrons-only section to discuss these things: discord.gg/djBydgk
