Hello to whomever may be reading this. In my last post I had mentioned I might still continue work on The Lost World but was taking a break. Well I've come back to announce that The Lost will no longer be receiving any further updates. The reason being I have started developing my own fantasy rank and flank game! This is something I've wanted to do for many years now. No I wont be posting it here because; A. it's no were near done, B. That would be tacky as hell. I just wanted to log back in and say thanks to all who enjoyed this little expansion and give a final update. Your kind words and critique really helped bring this project to life and for that, I am grateful. If anyone wants to convert it to the inevitable 3rd edition of OPR you have my blessing

If you feel you can translate all this into 3rd ed OPR when that drops, that would be awesome! All I ask is I'm credited somewhere for the original work. Something simple like, "Adapted from Mr. Crow's The Lost World" would do just fine. Unless it's something totally different and this just serves as an inspiration. In that case no need! Though I have no intentions of returning to OPR, if you would like help with the adaption I can offer some feedback and ideas when the time comes. If you do, let me know (I'll keep email notifications on so I'll see it) and I'll send you my Telegram/Discord (whatever you use if any) and maybe we can keep this little project alive. ^w^ Would be kind of fun to work on it again. >w<
For any wondering about that Rank and Flank I mentioned in my last post. Initial play tests went well! Mostly everything felt good and the parts that didn't just needed some tweaks. With that said, I've recently heard rumors that GW's The Old World may be getting some major announcements early next year. One being that the rules are primarily 7th ed (tied for my favorite with 6th ed) and that they'll be releasing index books for all the WFB armies pre-end times so they might actually be balanced. Since I'll always find more players willing to play a well supported game rather than a fan made, I'm waiting to see what GW is planning. I might just stick with Old World Index Edition rather than take all the time to make a game few will play, lol! We'll see. ¯\_ÓwÒ_/¯
