Here's my GF Stellar Conflicts lists: the forces of the Evil Imperium, the Freedom Fighters Alliance, Neutrals, and Criminals. I have TONS of Star Wars minis from Wizards of the Coast, and I want to use One Page Rules. Most of my minis are from the rebellion era, so I'm starting there. I've changed the names on the lists (including the title) because I don't want any problems. Some designer notes are posted below. Battle reports will eventually be posted also. Please feel free to comment. I'm open to ideas. GF SC - Core Rules v1.2.pdf (177.02 KB) GF Stellar Conflicts Lists v1.5.xlsx (31.08 KB)

I think the only rule that needs to be added is about stunned units. I have modified the rules sheet.
Stunned Units: When a stunned model is activated, take a quality test. If the test is successful, the model is no longer stunned and may operate normally. If the test is failed, the model remains stunned and cannot perform any actions this turn, unless revived later in the turn by another model.
I hope you like it. I plan on testing out these rules in the coming days.

I always like when games include designers notes, so I've written some for GF Stellar Conflicts.
These lists are influenced by the Star Wars D6 RPG and miniatures rules made by West End Games in the 1990s. I'm purposely staying away from using any ideas from the Legion and Imperial Assault games.
I've used generic names, but I've kept the words blaster and droid. The words "blaster" and "droid" have been in use for many years. In published books, "blaster" was first used in 1925 (in When the Green Star Waned by Nictzin Dayalhis), and "droid" was first used in 1952 (in Robots of the World! Unite! by Mari Wolf).
Some of my terms might need an explanation:
-Mawgs are big furry creatures (a tribute to the movie Spaceballs). I gave the Mawg Laser Crossbow the trait Blast(3) because I liked what happened when the Mawg's sidekick borrowed the weapon and blasted a bunch of bad guys at the same time. -Murder Bears are short furry creatures who live in treehouses and use primitive weapons like spears, bows, and gliders that drop rocks onto Storm Troops. -Concordians are warriors who wear full armor and have a tradition of combat...hint, hint. -Rex is a huge reptilian beast that stands on 2 legs, with big claws and sharp pointy teeth. One of them was kept in a basement inside a crime lord's palace. -The Baby Dragon lives in a cave and has a special pearl inside its body. -Dire Rats are not much bigger than two meters. -Junkers are short, have yellow glowing eyes, and wear robes. -Desert Nomads live in huts in the desert wastes, and ride huge hairy pack animals called B'thas.
I did not make a separate line for each race of humanoid. They've all got the same stats. If you want something special, just make it up.
I did not include any rules for the Tow Cable since it is used against very large walkers that are not in my list.
Giving Freedom Fighters access to Sniper Blaster Rifles reflects the idea that the more combative civilians will probably own a hunting rifle (a hunting Blaster Rifle with a scope is a Sniper Blaster Rifle).
Ion weapons can stun any model (including living beings). Blasters can be set to stun against living beings. I wanted to give models the chance to revive themselves, hence the quality test at the time of potential activation any turn they start as stunned.
Grenades are a work in progress.
I kept the lists simple because I want to test them out before adding anything else.
Enjoy.

So, I need to playtest this, but my initial read through makes me very happy. I purchased many of the Legion figures, and I figured if those rules stink, I'd do something like you have done here. So, excellent.
One question though - for the Alliance, in the Legion core set there is an AT-RT mini, but I don't see anything resembling an "Rebel Light Walker". Did I miss it? If not, presumably you will add it after playtesting, but I would advocate for its inclusion sooner rather than later, if only due to model availability (basically, everyone who bought a legion box set has one).
Overall, though, very excited.

Sorry for not including the walker.
I have tons of minis from a prior version (by Wizards of the Coast). I actually don't play Legion.
Please feel free to add / modify anything here, or rip it apart and make your own lists / rules. I wrote these lists in the hope that people would use them as a starting point and expand upon my ideas and I would be honored if you did so.
Thank you for everything you have done with OPR. I've been downloading/ playing since the beginning years ago.

I cooked up a stat set I was intending to use for Sensei (ancient Other Game unit), which would probably emulate Jedi pretty well...
Jedi [1] Qua 3+ Def 3+ Equipment: Power Saber (Melee, A2, AP(1), Deadly(3)) Special Rules: Fearless, Hero, Psychic(1), Tough(3) Upgrades: Psychic (2) +15 pts Cost: 90pts
You could probably use different psychic power lists from various armies to emulate Jedi or Sith powers.
These point values are pre-2.5 obvi...

This is great! I was afraid adding force powers would unbalance the game, so I didn't even try. Thank you for adding this. I hope more additions are coming in the future. I'm currently basing some of my Star Wars figures so I can post some battle reports.

The 1.4 lists are uploaded now. I added a few things. Criminals and Neutrals can now have weapons on their hover trucks. Criminals also get to use Rex. I added a Light Walker for the Rebellion forces. I hope I got it right.
If anybody wants to add, subtract, or edit anything in these lists, please feel free to do so. I won't be upset. I would like this to be a community project. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please post them in this tread.
My experience is with Star Wars Miniature Battles in the 1990s and 2000s (first with West End Games, and then Wizards of the Coast). I don't play Legion, so I might have missed something. I'm leaving force powers out for now. I don't have enough gameplay experience to do it correctly.

This looks awesome!
I know you didn't design this with with Legion minis in mind, but could Legion minis work with this game? The West End minis are a little bit before my time, and while I've looked into getting some of the older minis in the recent past, I haven't had a lot of luck finding any that were in good condition and/or particularly affordable lol.

I'm sure Legion minis would work fine. I actually have a few Legion minis as well, they're just not assembled and painted yet. Some units would need to be added to the lists, but that's fine. Anyone can add / modify the lists. My lists were meant to be a starting point. Changes and additions are welcome.
