Here is what I have so far 

Hobgoblins
Though closely related to the Goblins, Hobgoblins are much more disciplined - at least as long as they are sober.
Some trace their origins to the breeding experiments of the Havoc Dwarves - others to the last remnants of a fallen Desert Goblin kingdom.
Nowadays they raid other kingdoms. Some try to conquer new lands of their own, others just loot and plunder.

Their raiders are as deadly with a sword as with a bow, on and off horseback, and Hobtrolls show just how dangerous these brutes can get.

Crazed: When this model fights in melee roll one die and apply one bonus: 1-2 Unit gets AP(+1), 3-4 Unit gets +1 Attack, 5-6 Enemies get -1 to hit.

60pts version: When this hero is part of a Hobgoblin Raiders unit they have Quality 3+.
Madness: When this unit is activated pick 2 enemy units within 12".
Those units must take a morale test, if failed they take 3 hits.
Medical Supplies: When this unit is activated pick 2 friendly units within 6".
Those units get Regeneration. If they already have Regeneration, they get +1 to the roll.
Sadist: When this hero is part of a unit that fails a morale test,
a single model from the unit is killed and the test counts as passed.
Trophy Rack: Enemies fighting this unit in melee get -1 to their morale tests.
Wizard Spells
4+ Fever: Target enemy unit within 12" gets -1 to hit in melee.
4+ Premonition: Target enemy unit within 12" gets -2 to morale test.
5+ Fatigue: Target enemy unit within 12" gets -1 to defense.

Notes: Healer is a Chariot, Medical Supplies is 60pts, based on reverse engineering Madness with Spell effects. It stacks with Regeneration because Ethereal does.
