These posts are unmonitored as these forums are more or less dead, and won't be updated if I add new units or make changes to the documents; If you have a question about one of my lists, contact me on the discord at the same name (several of you have already, so keeping these posts up to date is clearly unnecessary).
Hello, here is many profiles for Forgeworld, and out-of-production models of the T'au Empire. Currently mostly compliant with v2.50 rules, but not priced for it. Some weapons do not match v2.50 TAO statlines, I am working through and adjusting over time.
- All current production T'au Forgeworld models
- Squatted and Soft-Squatted Drones
- Previous design of Piranha hover bike
- Rough approximation of 7th edition Gue'vesa rules
- Sensor Tower and Turret Drone
- Great Knarloc
- Shas'O R'Myr
Most of these are fairly simple, as they directly share a lot of weapon options with the vanilla TAO list (ion cannons, burst carbines, etc.). Most are about as close to a direct translation as is possible. The
MantaStingray transport capacity was halved due to units in OPR tending to cost about twice as many points as their Other Game equivalent. The TigersharkCatfish drone carriage mechanic is designed to be similar to the Alien Hives spawning mechanic, and the price may need to be adjusted somewhat in the future, but it should mathematically be close to correct as it was based on the price of the Alien Hives special rule [math'd] the price of the Alien Hives spawned unit, [math'd] by the price of the Gun Drone unit.
Shas'O R'alai's suit is a bit wonky. The way GW had his weapon profiles set would not work particularly well under OPR v2.50 with the removal of weapon profiles, and a Tough 6 mech with a single weapon would be fairly worthless per activation; so, the OPR unit (Assassin Battle Suit) compensates for this by giving all 3 weapon profiles as separate weapons, with the option of gaining 2 Spotter Drones. If you want to use all weapons in a round, you can, and it is balanced compared to other medium battle suits - but if you're a "purist" and want to stick with only one shot type per activation, each usage of spotter drone replaces the firing of one weapon, so you can mark twice and fire once.
Let me know what you think!

- granted the Impractically Large special rule, which is a balancing measure based on weighted averages of degrading performance at specific wound values that functions similarly to wound brackets in 40k
