Hi,
I've been looking for some excuse to get my old Dystopian Wars models back on the table.
As I'm playing too little to be able to learn the existing or old rules for that system I spent some free time more wisely and wrote up some home brew rules based on the Warfleets Basic rules to be used with sea going vessels, armed balloons and flying machines of all sorts.
So I wanted to share the ideas with you and would appreciate feedback.
