Hey, thanks for the awesome game, I'm giving it a go tomorrow for the first time and can't wait.
Can a psychic hero cast spells while in a transport? Specifically, can my Prime Master Archivist cast Time Passage on the Heavy anti grav transport tank that he's in before it moves, therefore getting it an extra 6 inches of movement? Thanks!

He can cast on target he can see, inside a transport he can only see the transport and maybe other units inside the transport.

But wasn't it stated somewhere that psycher only can target himself or units inside the transport? Because otherwise stormraven gunship + 3 psyker inside who are casting doubleshooting would be pretty overpowert dont you think?

That are ~900 pts or between a third to a half of your army that will not seize or contest objectives.
Also action granting spells will be removed soon.

The FAQ Say that you cant use spells on the Transport your inside 😀 you can use spells on the psyker itself and the unit inside the Transport. So you cant use IT for the Transport itself
