as there is new minis from GW i planned to adapt grimdark future for legion war, war between brothers.
The aim is to put special rules on each legion to represent the doctrine of legions and to create with point calculator the units that is dedicated to each legion.
I need help in some way because the 30K universe is quite unknown in term of game, i read the books but i d'ont know all the special unit...
I already started to create some units but the idea is this for example:
III legion: the perfect brothers: special rules perfection : +on a 6 on hit with shoot or CC your attack deal another one (first i planned to put rending on all weapons to represent the perfection)- to balance that each result of one to hit give -1 attack.
Spec unit (decibel squad/ phoenix destroyer). don't know the profile yet.
the XII Legion the Furious Brothers
special Rules: Red fury: +all the core/heroe and walker unit got the furious rule. -each time you activate a core unit/ heroes or walker form this legion you have to test the quality (apply -1 if you have not charge or fight the previous turn it's cumulative but ignore on the first turn) if you failed the test the unit must charge or run towards the nearest ennemi unit.
Special weapon legion chainsaw axe
Spec unit : red butcher/ rampagers
The idea is to take the battle brother list and add different flavor from the legion.
Please feel free to put some ideas here on you favorite legion.
