I worked on making a custom army that uses OPR's point calculator and various established army rules to create my own force. This army is based on large mechs that Battle w/Tech (nudge nudge wink wink) using the GFF rule set. There are six types of Mechs: Scout, Striker, Brawler, Missile Boat, Sniper, and Juggernaut. All mechs have native Regeneration, factored into their base cost. Each mech has various weapon upgrades, as well as rules upgrades. There is no need for a hero unit or leader unit. Each Mech has "Armor" (on the sheet is listed as "Arm") which is the same as OPR's "Tough" Further, in additional to the normal GFF rules, there is an additional rule regarding heat management. Units get 1 heat marker for certain triggers, and ways to remove them. There are cumulative negative effects if you are not careful.
