when i disembark 20 models in 32 mm bases and needs to stay 1" off the transport it's impossible disembark in 6X6" and if i disembark to charge this becoming more difficulty. 20 models orks stay in battletank and that miniature is about 6" wide than it's impossible

It is falsifiably not impossible. I don't know what you're doing with your models but you are not doing it correctly. It is not difficult to do.

Hello, pg8
I asked this question a couple of years ago and the reply was that you should simply try your best to keep coherency. The rule was there to prevent players arranging their unit into bizarre lines or formations to gain an advantage.
I'm not sure if my original post survived the various reboots of this forum.

We simply just expand to 12" for 20 model units. No one seems to abuse this in our group so we've not had any issues.

Just keep it as close to the proscribed distance as possible. It does t have to be perfect, the rule is just to stop bullshit like conga lines ruining the fun I think.

A paint picture included to show how you can do. Hope it helps. For 6" coherency it is enough that a tiny part of the base is within 6". Just like the 2" coherency. And I'm stupid... got the measures on the wrong side in the picture. Point is, all bases does not need to be wholly within 6" of another. Just the tip of the base. So 99" of the base can be outside of 6". Attachments:
