New version of Frenzy rule gives "this model ... AP(+1) when charging". If a model (not a weapon) has AP(+1) does it affect innate Impact hits or additional impact hits from optional lance (for example Orks Wild Boar Riders)?

Does it grants AP(+1) to impact hits or not? It's fairly common question when your opponent regularly fields a lot of wild orcs
