Was originally looking to create an army of zombies and groups to fight them using either AOF Skirmish or GD Firefight as rule base. Thought it would be interesting to see how it would turn out. Then figured it could be adapted into any kind of apocalypse scenario or even urban warfare. If anyone can help with this. It would be greatly appreciated. Any ideas or suggestions welcome.

Would want various armies for different groups. MILITARY - Armed forces POLICE/FIRST RESPONDERS - law officers and first responders HUNTERS - MOFIA - organized crime bosses and henchmen LONE WOLFS - survivalists who were prepaired for the epoc TOWN FOLK - basic survivors defending their town
In missions they could fight each other or zombies or anything.

EDIT 2: Forgot to define the keywords
Authority: On activation, this model can make a quality test. On success, another friendly unit within 12" may activate again as if it was their turn. This does not use up that unit's activation for the turn.
Breach: Once a charge action, this hero and their unit may enter base contact with a model or terrain with the Transport(X) special rule, and fight any one infantry unit inside, and get +1 to melee rules when doing so.
