Heĺlo,
I stumbled accross OPR through Wyloch's Youtube channel. Read the rules and I am curious if anyone around here tried it in 15 mm and what would be the main adaptations to do.
Also, any suggestions for 15 mm miniatures? I've seen the pinned thread but they are not categorized by scale. I really wish I could play this kind of game and the open and free rules + 15 mm would greatly reduce the cost of entry.
I'm all geared up to hobby since I'm into Warhammer Underworlds.
Thank you!

Check out the "Mini GDF" threads for games at smaller scales, there's some good stuff there! Also if you like Underworlds then Age of Fantasy Skirmish should be right down your alley.

Cant speak to 15mm but i have (with help) adapted the rules for 1/72 scale. Basically.. Apply the tough rule to the collective unit based on the model count. Tally damage taken by the unit instead of removing models individually. Otherwise, rules are as normal. I use 60mm square bases. 1 per 5 guys. The base size gives me creative freedom. So my units look like mini diaramas.
Ex: 5 guy unit on 1 base would be tough 5.. They wouldnt take their morale test until they take 3 damage .

Did the 15mm game ever get off the ground? What were the thoughts on the mini dioramas?

We have rules for smaller scales as well as multibasing as part of the full rulebook.

There are rules for 6mm/10mm/15mm games for both GF and AoF, and with the Point Calculator you can easily create armies for your WW2 and Ancients miniatures. Love the multi-based models btw, with the multi-basing rules you can really speed up the game which is awesome, especially for those quick lunchtime matches!

Another quick hack if you want to use 15mm on the fly but with the default 28mm rules -- just use centimeters instead of inches when you measure. e.g. 12" becomes 12cm.
Although with modern/future miniatures games, I find using 15mm with 28mm ranges also works just fine, since shooting ranges are generally compressed to fit the game table, but 15mm minis with 28mm distances 'feels' right if you have shooting games.
For melee/fantasy, I'd consider the inches to centimeters technique.
